Thanks to the love you’ve shown during our Ties That Bind event, we’ve received many requests for our bag charms — so we’re bringing them back in a special way.
Each Surprise Bag Charm includes a unique pairing of paracord and charm, thoughtfully designed and handmade by our FTO Crafters. From colour to bead selection, every element is carefully matched to create a piece that complements beautifully.

Note: As each piece is handmade, measurements may vary slightly across charms or paracord designs. For online orders placed from 16th Jul 2025, the Surprise Bag Charm will no longer be packaged in the FTO ziplock featured on the product page. We seek your kind understanding.

Should you wish to exchange / return your online purchases, a return request has to be submitted within 5 working days (10 working days for international orders) of receiving your order.
You may choose to either exchange to another size / colour / item in-store or return the item(s) for Store Credit.
Store Credits can be used both in-store and online and is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
