WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING?
We’ve made it easy for you: all you've to do is to make sure to take note of the following, and you’re good to go!
Kindly bear in mind that we do not offer size exchanges.
If you would like an item in a different size / colour, please return your unwanted item for Store Credits and place a new order.
Step 1: Is your order eligible for a return?
- Products purchased using Store Credits cannot be returned or exchanged. If a portion of your order is paid using Store Credits, please enquire with our Customer Service team at email@example.com prior to returning your order.
- All orders placed using a Promotional Code cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Orders placed using a 'ID Store Credit' cannot be returned if a promotional code is utilised in the same order.
- Items must be returned in original condition (unwashed, unworn, with tags attached and in a brand new and saleable condition). All footwear must include their original shoebox, undamaged and in its original condition.
All goods will be inspected on return; articles that do not meet all conditions mentioned will be rejected.
- Final Sale items cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Items purchased during a flash sale / storewide sale etc.
- Swimwear and Intimates
- Accessories (bags, hats, socks, jewelry)
- Print Items (stationery, magazines, books)
- Homeware (candles, diffusers)
- All returns are final. If you'd like to purchase the item again, please do so directly from our website.
Step 2: How do I proceed with the return?
- Once you've made sure that your order is eligible for a return, simply download the Return Form here and enter the relevant fills. Just make sure that you've taken note of the terms listed on the Return Policy and Return Form.
*Do note that the Return Form has been updated with a new return address starting 21st May 2021. We're no longer operating at Leong Huat Building #04-05.
- Once you’re sure that the above criteria have been met and are agreeable to the terms, please print and fill up the form, then send it back to us inside the package containing the item. Alternatively, you may wish to fill up the form digitally and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject 'Return Form | Order #xxxxxx (your order number)'.
- All returns must arrive at our warehouse within 10 working days (local) and 20 working days (international) of receiving your original order.
As the merchandise will be your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, kindly return the item via a traceable mode of postage. We currently do not accept in-store drop offs for returns. All returns have to be sent back to our warehouse.
- Rejected goods for local orders will be returned to customer via Standard Courier Shipping at a chargeable fee of SGD$2.50. Customer has to bear full responsibility of ALL shipping charges incurred to facilitate the return.
In the event that we do not receive a response within 10 working days from the date of the notification email, the package will be forfeited without prior notice. From There On shall not be held responsible for any unclaimed rejected packages after the stipulated timeframe.
- Rejected goods for international orders will be returned to customer (shipping charges applicable).
- Shipping charges paid for online orders will not be refunded should you wish to return the order.
Step 3: When will i receive the Store Credits?
- Once we've received the returned package, our operations team will process the Store Credits (no expiry date) within 7 working days.
Kindly bear in mind that products purchased fully using Store Credits will not be eligible for further returns or exchanges.
*This form is strictly for Returns only. If you've received an incorrect or defective item, please contact Customer Service at email@example.com within 5 working days from receipt, and we’ll get back to you within 1 - 2 working days.
Once your return package has been received, it'll take up to 7 working days for the Store Credits to be issued to your account. However, please take note of the following:
The amount credited to you will always be in your currency.
- Products purchased using Store Credits (excluding shipping reimbursements) cannot be returned.
- Store Credits have no expiry date, and can be kept for as long as you like.
- With effect from 1st Jun 2022, Store Credits can be combined and utilized on a single order, any unused Store Credits will remain in your account.
- Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credits will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
- Store Credits cannot be transferred to another person or account.
- Store Credits are non-refundable.
- Gift cards cannot be purchased with Store Credits.
