Do note that should the backorder be cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, a full cash refund will be processed.
If your order contains more than one backorder merchandise, the order will only be shipped out / ready for collection collectively when all items have arrived in our warehouse. If you prefer to self-collect or have the items sent separately, do check out in a separate order.

Should you wish to exchange / return your online purchases, a return request has to be submitted within 5 working days (10 working days for international orders) of receiving your order.
